Privacy notice
Golf Cart Scout is a referral service for Golf Cart Match. This notice covers information submitted through Scout’s seller interest form.
What we collect
We collect your email address and whether you requested a private-seller or dealer invitation. We also record the exact contact-consent wording, its version, and the time you clicked. Earlier versions of this form also requested a brief cart or inventory description and an optional listing URL. We do not ask for photos, a phone number, payment information, or an account password on this form.
How we use it
A Scout manager reviews your request and may contact you about creating a listing on Golf Cart Match. The form gives you a direct Golf Cart Match listing link immediately. Clicking an invitation button does not publish a listing or send an automatic email. We use a short-lived one-way visitor hash to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse.
Sharing and access
Requests are stored in Scout’s Cloudflare-hosted database and shown in a private manager desk. Daily reports contain counts, not your contact details. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process connection data; Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect basic visit metrics. We do not sell or republish your listing, description, or photos through this form. Sharing listing content with another partner would require a separate, explicit grant.
Retention
Requests awaiting review are deleted after 90 days. Dismissed requests are deleted no later than 30 days after submission. The visitor hash used for rate limits is kept for up to four days. We may delete a request sooner when it is no longer needed. These limits are enforced by Scout’s scheduled cleanup.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete a request or stop contacting you by emailing Listings@Golfcartmatch.com. You can list directly on Golf Cart Match without submitting this form.
